The participation of 400 million yuan by the Chinese for the construction of the Fern International Logistics Park was the first step to increase the amount of foreign investment in this area, and after that, investors from Russia and Turkey also signed a cooperation agreement for the implementation of development projects in this area. Contracts for the construction of a “specialized transportation and transshipment site (transfer of goods from one vehicle to another vehicle) for coal and potash fertilizer” as well as “construction of a sulfur processing plant”. Last week, the members of the parliament voted in favor of this bill, and after that, the development of the comprehensive plan of this region was initiated by the board of directors. Based on the planning, this plan will be finalized and presented to the Supreme Council of Free Zones in the next 18 months.
