Referring to the strategic position of this institution, Barhamand said: Sarkhes Special Economic Zone, as the second largest region of the country, bordering with Turkmenistan and as the gateway to Central Asian countries, has provided irreplaceable capacities for investment in various industrial and commercial fields.
Significant increase in export and transit statistics
He stated that the positive interaction of Kamerg with Sarkhes Special Economic Zone in line with the growth of transit and exports had a significant impact on reducing the impact of oil sanctions. A joint logistics center with Kazakhstan will be launched
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sarkhs Special Economic Zone also announced the launch of the first joint logistic business center with the special zones of Kazakhstan in the near future. provides economic operators and goods owners.
Referring to the compilation of the export and transit roadmap in this region, Barhamand said: This program focuses more on the categories of logistics and rail transportation, input supply chain, market development, diversification of products and target markets, in all cases, we have made these policies according to the geographical location of Sarkhes Special Economic Zone.
He continued: For this purpose, the requirements designed with the cooperation of the Iran-Kazakhstan Joint Chamber and the Chamber of Commerce have been planned and categorized in the form of mutual thinking and exchange of views, which must be operationalized and implemented.
Brahmand considered the strategic location of Sarkhs Special Economic Zone to be important and effective in improving transit indicators and increasing exports, especially to Kazakhstan.
While emphasizing the importance of the Kazakhstan market and its position in the field of middle grinding, he said: Kazakhstan has a decisive role in the executive policies of the region, and our planning in this area is focused on a strong presence and increasing interactions with businessmen and investors of Kazakhstan.

Allocation of depot center to Kazakh investors
He added: Arrangements have been made to allocate a suitable platform of several hectares in the railway site to the investors of Kazakhstan for the establishment of a depot center in the next one year, and by realizing this goal, we will achieve a large market for economic transactions. Brahamand continued: Through the realization of the Eurasia Pact, we will not only have access to the 2-3 billion dollar market, but in the next few years, the investment capacity in Fern will reach 500 million dollars; Therefore, it is necessary to remove the obstacles and strengthen the infrastructure from now on.
High potential of the region for trade with China
Mohammad Reza Kalai, CEO of Sarkhes Special Economic Zone, also stated: Targeted interaction with the eastern region is very important in the macro policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and relations with neighbors and Central Asia and China have been a priority, especially in the 13th government.
