According to the public relations and international affairs report of Sarkhes Special Economic Zone, citing the information base of the Guardian Council, Dr. Hadi Tahannazeef, a lawyer member and spokesman of the Guardian Council, announced the approval of the bills to establish three commercial-industrial free zones in the country.
These areas include Sarkhes, Dogharon and Mazandaran, whose bills to create them were faced with problems by the Guardian Council in the past.
Dr. Tahannazeef wrote about these bills: With the amendments made in the Islamic Council and re-examination in the Guardian Council, they were not found to be against the standards of Sharia and the Constitution.
