The chairman of the board of directors of Sarkhas special economic zone stated that establishing a strong and effective relationship with business centers and special zones of Almaty province of Kazakhstan is one of the other goals of this zone for participating in the said exhibition. Barhamand said about the plans of this region in the exhibition: Visiting special economic zones, visiting the important border region of Khargas and effective communication with the target community in Kazakhstan are among these programs.
He continued: Attending such exhibitions will have a significant impact on the growth of statistical indicators in the field of unloading and loading, increase in transshipment of goods, as well as attracting investors in the field of energy and gas and petrochemical activities.
Barhamand added: By participating in the exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazakhstan and creating a basis for communication and concluding cooperation agreements, we are trying to increase the statistics of transit, export, unloading and loading in the region from the current situation of 350 thousand tons to 2 million tons per year.
