According to the Communications and Media Department, during this visit, the members of the Commission for Determination of Added Value, such as Mahmoud Abdi Eskoui, Director of Development and Facilitation of Production of the Supreme Council of Free and Special Economic Zones, Mahmoud Raisi, the representative of the Customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as representatives from the Central Bank, Development Organization and trade, the Ministry of Jihad, Agriculture, etc. were present, in addition to familiarizing themselves with the activities of the production units of China Sarkhs Silk Road, Javaid Iranian, Kashi Tandis Abrisham, Petro Sarkhs Iranian and Middle East Petro Pasargad, they were informed about the problems of these industries.

Abdi Eskoui considered the review and resolution of the problems of production units of special economic zones to be one of the tasks of the commission for determining the added value of the secretariat of the Supreme Council of Free and Special Economic Zones and said: Issuing permits related to the entry of machinery and raw materials for production lines, as well as order registration processes, are among the most important problems of industries in Sarkhes Special Economic Zone.
He continued: The problems related to the customs documents for the exit of the manufactured products of the units located in the region was another issue, the solution of which will be on the agenda of this commission.

Referring to the 85% share of Sarkhes in the country’s rail transit last year, Abdi Eskoui stated: The most important advantage of Sarkhs Special Economic Zone is attention to logistics, transportation and international transit.
He continued: This region is one of the main gateways of Iran to Eurasia, and this shows the importance and position of Ferns in the transit of goods.
Abd Eskoui added: Due to having numerous railway, road and air infrastructures in Sarkhes Special Economic Zone, we will witness the prosperity and development of production units in the near future.
