Mohammad Reza Kalai, CEO of Sarkhes Special Economic Zone, said in a conversation with the Communications and Media Department: In order to fulfill the Supreme Leader of the Revolution’s slogan “production, knowledge-based and job-creating”, it is necessary for the institutions that are influential in the issue of employment and social and cultural issues related to it, to focus their concerns on promoting and strengthening the culture of work and entrepreneurship.
He continued: Human resource training can play an effective role in the fruition of investment and job creation plans in Sarkhes city.
The CEO of Sarkhes Special Economic Zone mentioned the realization of the guidelines of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution regarding the maximum use of existing capacities and creating new potentials to provide sustainable job opportunities as one of the goals of this memorandum.
He continued: In the framework of this memorandum, all people without skills and applicants with skill certificates will be introduced by Sarkhes Special Economic Zone to the Technical and Vocational Training Center of Sarkhes to acquire and complete skills.
Kalai considered empowering and improving the skills of the labor force needed by economic enterprises as another achievement of this memorandum and added: It is planned to direct the target community of Sarkhs towards investment plans and economic enterprises requiring labor.
He continued: In this regard, the joint capacities of economic institutions and enterprises of this city will be used in order to synergize and empower applicants and create sustainable employment.
Human resource training to identify and remove production obstacles
Kalai said about the fields of cooperation between Sarkhes Special Economic Zone and technical and vocational education. The training of skilled labor to identify and remove production obstacles, especially in this region, is one of these cases.
He continued: After the announcement of the required skills by Sarkhes Special Economic Zone, these trainings will be provided by the Technical and Vocational Training Center of the city using the capacity of government, private sectors and economic enterprises.
Kalai considered cooperation in holding skill competitions (Olympiad and Azad) at the city and country levels as another area of cooperation between these two groups and said: In addition, the region will cooperate in the implementation of other training courses in the center of Sarkhes city.
