95% progress of the second domestic transportation terminal of Sarkhes Special Economic Zone

According to the public relations report of Sarkhes Special Economic Zone, Ehsan Jalair said: In this terminal, measures such as preparing trucks to send products produced by units located in the region to other parts of the country, preparing raw materials for units located on the site, issuing bills of lading, storage, etc. are carried out.
He continued: This project has been carried out on a land of 3500 square meters with an investment of 65 billion riyals from the private sector.
The Economic Vice President of Sarkhes Special Economic Zone added that with the establishment of the second domestic transportation terminal in the region, employment will be created for about 210 people. In this terminal, in addition to employing 10 people directly, indirect employment opportunities are provided for about 200 people per month.
He added: Due to the location of this company on the transit road and adjacent to unloading and loading sites as well as production units, there is no need to go to the city to provide trucks and bills of lading, which also reduces costs for goods owners.
Referring to the significant increase in the presence of investors in the Sarkhes Special Economic Zone during the last two years, Jalaiir noted: Considering the consolidation of Sarkhes customs in the region, the introduction of the 24/7 activity plan of the Sarkhes border, as well as the increase of manufactured, export and transit goods on the site, the establishment of such companies is felt more than in the past.
