Referring to the construction of 40 apartment suites in the region, he said: This space has been designed and implemented for the welfare of investors and visitors to this area.
He continued: It is also planned to build the second phase of these apartment suites in the vicinity of these units.
The Economic Vice President of Sarkhes Special Economic Zone announced the progress of 80% of the project of building new administrative units to be handed over to transport companies and investors.
He continued: In addition, Sarika amusement park was built on a land of one hectare, which includes parts such as green space and a platform for visitors and drivers to rest, a restaurant, a coffee shop, etc.
Jalair added: After the proposal of the Turkmen side to open the Sarkhes border with Turkmenistan day and night, the process of investment in administrative departments has started, and in the first phase, 15 administrative units are being built by the private sector. These units are currently 80% advanced and will be put into operation by the end of the Fajr decade.

It should be mentioned that Sarkhes Special Economic Zone was launched in 1375 with the aim of removing deprivation, creating employment and establishing production and industrial units with the efforts of Astan Quds.
